Refunds And Refund Credits

If you pay for any course and are unable to do the course due to an unwanted situation, then you must inform the authorities of the European IT Institute within 7-10 days after admission. If the authority accepts your admission, the refund will be completed within 10 days. Otherwise, you request will be considered invalid.

The registration fee of Tk.1000/- is non-refundable and the gateway charges will be deducted. For example, if you pay for a course, there is a 3% gateway charge for online and mobile payments. So, that 3% charge is non-refundable.

We reserve the right to apply for your refund as a refund credit or a refund to your original payment method, at our discretion, depending on the capabilities of our payment service providers, and the platform from which you get your content (website, mobile), and other factors.
